1. How much does a payday advance cost?

We charge a fee of £30 per £100 for each pay cycle. An additional fee of £15 will be charged if you opt for same day transfer. You can alternatively choose a free transfer, which is completely free but may take up to 3 working days. There are no additional costs as long as you repay the loan on time.

2. When can I apply?

In order to be eligible for a loan with us, you must be at least 18 years of age, and reside and be employed in the UK. You also need to have a valid bank account that can receive a direct deposit and must earn a monthly salary of least £750.
3. How much can I borrow?

You can borrow up to £ 480 on your first loan and after completing the first loan successfully, you can borrow up to £1000 in the future.

4. When and how will my cash reach me?

There are two options for cash transfers and they have different speeds. The first option is the Express Cash (it costs £15 extra), which is the transfer of funds into your account directly on the same day*. In case you apply after 3.00 pm, the transfer of money will take place on the next working day. The other, slower, option is called BACS. A BACS transfer is completely free and may take up to 3 days to complete.

5. What if I am paid weekly?

As of now, the only customers that we encourage to apply are the ones who are paid on a monthly basis, but we are planning to revisit this shortly.

6. What if I am unable to repay the loan on the due date?

In case you miss your payment, we charge an initial fee of £12. If this persists, an additional default fee of £10 will be charged. We completely understand that crisis can befall without any notice, but we would like you to notify us if you are unable to make payments on time. This is to ensure that your account doesn't fall into the collections process, in which case you would incur an additional 40 GBP fee (for collections process).
